    The following recording is worthwhile having a look at because of two reasons:

    1. In is well recorded with a camera on a tripod and in high resolution, instead of so many others where the camera person seems to have suffering from Parkinson's disease and resolution unacceptable.

    2. In a number of instances (by far, not all !!), the techniques are performed more realistically than in many Kôdôkan performances with a more substantial breaking of the balance.
