    Here is a cheat sheet I used to learn Tandoku Renshu, hope it proves useful for someone



    Tandoku Renshu

    Bow

    Forward step L then R

    5 direction strike

    Large 5 direction strike

    5 direction kick

    Mirror polishing

    Both side strike

    Front - rear strikes

    Up, Up, Up strike

    R then L downward side blows

    Squatting double downward strike

    Upward cuts

    Downward cuts

    Large side cuts

    Large rear cuts

    Rear corner blows

    Rearward blows

    Double back, then downward blows

    Bow

    Since when (what year) is the Seiryuko ZenYo Kokumin Taiiko (no kata) shown at the Kagami Biraki?

    It's picked up every now and then by the Kôdôkan, if you're really patient. In 2006 it was also part of the International Summer Kata Course. That was the last time. Joshi jûdô goshinhô also has been part of the Kagami Biraki ... in the days of yonder. It makes it exciting these surprises, don't you think so ? I've heard that next year there might be BJJ during the Kagami Biraki ...

    I believe the Kodokan are preparing and instructional film on SRZKTP too. Filming has been seen taking place at the institute.
