    Here is link to interesting pdf document about developing reiho (ritsurei, zarei, ...) in Kodokan judo. I did not find this link or this document in this forum, so I added this one.

    That's all well addressed.

    My only real question is when did the standing bow go from bowing from a relatively normal, almost shizentai stance to bowing from a position of attention / heels together? That doesn't seem to be addressed anywhere.
