Japan International Cooperation Agency year 2015 martial arts overseas teaching positions

I got a package from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) outlining the volunteer positions available for application 2015.

There are 20 jûdô teaching positions. All 2 years. Qualifications typically run 3 dan or higher, some require more competition experience, some more strength training (some day I'm going to interview JICA to ask how they determine the qualifications. While there are some details that vary with each position ('support the national judo association... in the norther area, X city..... train youth..... must be a man... must have a college degree...') the top level reads:
    Laos
    Vietnam
    India
    Belize
    Dominican Republic
    El Salvador
    Nicaragua
    Chile
    Peru
    Botswana
    Malawi
    Tanzania
    Djibouti
    Zimbabwe
    Burkina Faso
    Ruanda
    Uzbekistan (3 positions)

Also, I didn't realize it before, but there are also
5 karatedô positions (Laos, Nepal, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso, Senegal)
2 aikidô positions (East Timor, Senegal [male only])
