Very large powerlifter new to judo?

Post by BigOsman on Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:00 am

I've been doing powerlifting for almost 8 years now, but lately I've been more and more interested in judo and I'd actually like to start practicing it. However, I do have an issue. I'm a really big dude, around 500 lbs, but very strong. Is this an issue?

Weight and size will only be an issue for you in the beginning....then you will get used to being thrown by small lightweights Wink
